• Services: Refers to the suite of tools, software, and applications offered by the Company to manage day-to-day operations for sports clubs and academies.

By registering for our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. Any misrepresentation of identity, qualifications, or rights will lead to suspension or termination of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for the Services.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services.

• Ensure that all content, data, and information shared on the platform (e.g., player information, schedules, injury reports) are accurate and lawful.

Our Services are designed to assist in managing various aspects of sports clubs and academies, including scheduling, player performance tracking, injury monitoring, and communication. You agree to use the platform solely for its intended purposes, which include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling training sessions, events, and games

• Managing player profiles and new registrations

• Tracking player performance and Attendance data.

• Facilitating communication between players, coaches, and management.

6. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to a user’s account. Users must notify the Company immediately if they suspect any breach of security.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Sportz Track app takes data privacy seriously. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. The Company will never sell user data to third parties. All personal and sensitive information, such as player health records or contact details, will be protected with appropriate security measures in compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR or CCPA.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the platform may require payment. By subscribing to any paid services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and charges associated with the selected subscription or service plan.

• Allow the Company to process payments through the provided payment methods.

• Adhere to any changes in fees or payment schedules, as communicated by the Company.

Failure to complete payments on time may result in suspension of the account until outstanding balances are resolved.

All intellectual property, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, and content provided through the platform, remains the property of Sportz Track app. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or otherwise use any of the platform’s materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

• You engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activities.

• Payments for the Services are not made on time.  

Upon termination, your account will be deactivated, and any associated data may be permanently deleted.

While Sportz Track app strives to provide a reliable and accurate platform, the Company will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services.

• Loss of data or interruptions to the platform due to external factors beyond our control.

• Any injuries or disputes that arise from the improper use of player health data or scheduling conflicts.
